Cancel subscription
We're sorry to see you go. When you cancel your subscription, your team member(s) will be able to continue using the public gateway for the remainder of your current billing period. At the end of the billing period, we will charge any overages to your card (if applicable) and then stop any further charges, and your team will no longer have access to the public gateway. Note that in general, we do not issue refunds for unused time.
If you only want to cancel the subscription for one or more team members (rather than cancelling your entire account), just go back to the account page and remove the team members from your account. You can then invite new users to take the unoccupied seat(s) at no extra charge, or when your subscription next renews, we will automatically reduce your team's subscription to the number of active team members.
If you have any hostname reservations, they will be automatically released when your cancellation is finalized. Please ensure that you remove any connected services.
If you change your mind before the end of your billing period, you'll be able to undo the cancellation and continue your subscription normally. Of course, we'd love to have you back later — you can resubscribe at any time; however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any hostnames released by cancellation.
